I wasn't a natural born athlete.
I Didn't always have muscles, Motivation or Commitment to my health.
I started to struggle with my mental health, self esteem & confidence since my early teens, leading me to make poor decisions and neglect my health & well being.
It was being introduced to fitness - Bodybuilding in particular, that helped me to start creating new habits, change my way of thinking and create a new, happier version of myself.
Through weight training I found A new spirit that I now nurture daily.
through my coaching I hope to inspire others and help them reach their true potential and discover the person the were destined to be.
